Otsuchi Town is a town located in Kamihei County, Iwate Prefecture, Japan.

It is a town facing the Pacific Ocean where there are many ruins of the Jomon period, and it has been given the designation of the promotion Yamamura, remote rural area, and depopulated areas in the present age. The population of the western part of the Kitakami Mountains is small.
