Nagayo Town is a town in Nagasaki Prefecture.
It belongs to Nishisonogi County and is located about 10km northeast of Nagasaki city centre. The South Bank of Omura Bay in the central part of Nagasaki is made a town area, and it contacts with Isahaya city in Totsu Town and south to Nagasaki city in the west.
On an island floating in Omura Bay, there are two islands in the town that are close to the nose of Sakio and 2 km off the coast of Dozaki, both of which are uninhabited.
