sai Village is located on the west side of the Shimokita Peninsula in Aomori Prefecture.
When the Shimokita Peninsula is pmog to the Masakari, it hits the part of the blade. It faces the Tsugaru Strait, and it overlooks Hokkaido on the opposite bank on a clear day. A lot of village area occupies in the mountainous district which makes up the Osorezan mountains, and the village exists in the plain part along the coastline. The wind from the Tsugaru Strait blows strongly in winter.
The plains do not accumulate so much by the strong wind although the mountainous district becomes the snow.
