Hayama Town is a town located in the western part of the Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Currently, it is the only municipality belonging to Miura County. Located in the middle west of the Miura Peninsula, there are many hilly areas except for the vicinity of the coast. The West faces Sagami Bay, and the north is Zushi City, and east and south are in Yokosuka City. Although it is often enumerated as the most easternmost of the Shonan region, there are a lot of people who have an independent image as "Hayama" in the hometown.
