Kusu Town is a town in the Midwest of Oita Prefecture.
Kusu belongs to county. Kusu town is located about 60km west of Oita City, in the Midwest of Oita Prefecture, and the south is slightly in contact with Kumamoto Prefecture. The town area is included in the Kyushu Mountains, and a number of Mesa exhibits a characteristic landscape surrounding the basin. Many of the town areas have been designated as the Yabuma Hita National Park. The center of the town is near Bungo Mori station on Kyudai Main line. The shopping street, large stores, Oita joint newspaper Kusu Branch, and Kusu Civil Engineering Office are located at the center of Kusu County.
