Tsukumi-Shi is a city located on the east coast of Oita Prefecture. Located about 30 kilometers southeast of Oita City, the capital of Oita Prefecture. The east side faces the Bungo water supply, and it is a form which surrounds Tsukumi Bay which occupies the corner of Bungo waterworks from three sides, and includes the southern half of the four Ura Peninsula on the south side of the bay and the Long peninsula on the north side in the city limits. In addition, it is the city limits of the island of Bungo on the water supply, the island, and the Oki Island.
