Kiyose City is a city in the northeastern part of the Tama region of Tokyo. It protrudes from Tokyo to the north like a wedge between Niiza city in Saitama Prefecture and Tokorozawa City. Tokorozawa City in the West is the Nobidome, and the South Higashi-Kurume city separates the boundary by water. There is no river in the boundary with the Niiza city. The city has a lot of green spaces such as Kanayama Park, and the green area occupies about 46% of the town limits.
