Otaki Town is a town in Isumi County, Chiba Prefecture.
The town's Otaki Castle is known for being one of the four Tokugawa and Honda Tadakatsu. This town is located in the southeastern part of the Boso Peninsula in the south of Chiba Prefecture. It has the most extensive area in the city of Chiba Prefecture, about 12 km north-west. Moreover, the forest occupies about 70% of the area. The southwest is mountainous and has low altitude as it heads northeast. The Isumi River, which is the main river, is meandering northeast and the Yoro River flows north through the west.
